Donate for Camp Fire Victims

PCIRC is working closely with individuals and families who have been relocated to Plumas County as a result of the recent Camp Fire in Paradise. We are providing emergency housing, food, clothing, grief counseling and case management for long-term planning.

Here are a few ideas on how we can use your help:

Adopt a family for a night in emergency motel sheltering

Provide a gift certificate to one of our thrift stores for clothing

Proved Safeway gift cards for food

Offer cash donations for the many other things families may need to stabilize their lives

If you are a landlord, offer rental space to families for permanent housing for those wishing to join our communities

This will be a period of healing for all. Please join PCIRC in welcoming those in need.

Local donation centers:

Seventh Day Adventist Church 2333 Pine Street Quincy. Sunday and Monday 9:00 to 3:00. Tuesday 3:00 to 6:00.

Latter Day Church: Bellamy Lane Quincy. Monday and Wednesday 3:00 to 6:00.

Items needed: Baby formula Diapers Adult diapers Female hygiene products Paper plates and plastic silverware Toilet paper Seal-able quart bags Toothpaste Deodorant Soap Shampoo Shaving cream Gift cards Gas cards Only pre-sealed food (like items in a child's school lunch)
